The Megaformer (Patent pending) is the latest addition to our family. Its compound pivot bar allows you to do full R.O.M. without adding any excessive stress on the joints and on the spine. The Megaformer was built for group classes which means that all its adjustments are easy and friendly. The Megaformer offers many exercises, allows for quick transisions (to keep the heart rate up), and is easy to use. The Proformer (U.S. Patent 7,803,095) is the 1st design by Sebastien Lagree. This machine was based on the Reformer, but unlike the Reformer, the Proformer offers more exercises; many of them in counter resistance (against the spring) which makes the exercise more intense while minimizing the impact on the joints and on the spine.
