Bone Density Study

Lagree Fitness is looking for women and men of all ages to participate in a complimentary bone density study. There is no official start/stop date. You can begin the study whenever is convenient for you, but you must commit to training at Lagree Fitness Studio in Los Angeles a minimum of three times a week for twenty-four consecutive weeks (6 months) once you enter the study. So please plan accordingly.

The testing is free and the twenty-five minute classes at Lagree Fitness Studio will be reimbursed in full upon completion of the entire six months of training.

Los Angeles, CA: Today, Sebastien Lagree, the CEO and Founder of Lagree Fitness and inventor of the Megaformer, announced completion of his first full-length documentary entitled "The Future of Fitness." After traveling the country to listen to individual testimonials and meet with other luminaries in the field, Mr. Lagree crafted a story that examines why a society obsessed with fitness is so unhealthy, and where science and technology are taking the evolution of health.
