OUR Most Anti-Inflammatory Method Yet
Lagree Fitness is proud to announce the production and launch of Lagree 3.0, our revolutionized method that focuses on anti-inflammatory fitness by providing faster, more seamless transitions between exercises. During research and development, Sebastien Lagree discovered that too much tension during exercises, especially for a longer duration of time, could cause a user to surpass the intended range of motion thus creating unnecessary inflammation in the joints and connective tissues. Despite what some fitness enthusiasts might suggest (i.e. that a larger range of motion is most effective), research has shown that some muscles and muscle groups respond to smaller movements. Lagree 3.0 streamlines the Lagree Method in order to reduce inflammation by utilizing new technologies developed by Sebastien Lagree.

electronically controlled tempo and resistance
While the class Lagree trainer will control the tempo and resistance of the machines with the use of a single remote, each individual user will have the ability to electronically override the teacher’s selections (to reduce or increase resistance) in order to fit their individual needs.

The Four Elements of Lagree 3.0
Borrowing from Lagree 2.0, Lagree 3.0 utilizes the Lightning Spring Change system as well as the Tempo Player. However, Lagree 3.0 introduces two entirely new technologies which are required to truly practice and teach Lagree 3.0. Without all four of these elements, Lagree 3.0 cannot be accomplished.
Inclining Panels: Replacing the Traditional Carriages Seen on Past Machines
Over the years, Lagree Fitness has moved away from the traditional carriage and now includes platforms in order to improve the overall sophistication and functionality of our machines. These inclining panels, which tilt in toward the machine, are critical to Lagree 3.0 as they completely alter the way the method is performed.

The Evolution of the Lagree Method
Before Lagree 3.0 came Lagree 1.0 and 2.0. Let’s take a deeper look at the method’s former structures:
Lagree Method 1.0
Technology: This analog version of the Lagree Method was based on the Pilates 100-year-old reformer technology before Sebastien began engineering and producing Lagree-specific machines. One major weakness of Lagree 1.0 was directly attributed to the Pilates reformer’s limited technology: its springs are located on the front of the machine and work like a manual transmission of a car to engage different ranges of tension. This required manual spring changes which undermined the efficiency of what Sebastien imagined for the method.

Get Ready for the Launch of Lagree 3.0 on the EVO Pro
With Lagree 3.0 just around the corner, many Lagree enthusiasts are wondering when Lagree 3.0 will officially debut and with what machine. We are excited and proud to share that Lagree 3.0 will launch in 2026 along with the soon-coming EVO Pro. While the EVO Pro will be launched as an analog machine, accessories and upgrades will be available so that customers can choose their desired electronics and technologies. Lagree studio owners and trainers wishing to teach Lagree 3.0 will need to ensure that their fleet of EVO Pros are equipped with all four technologies (Lightning Spring Change, Tempo Player, Inclining Panels, & Range of Motion Lights) in order to truly teach Lagree 3.0. Additionally, the EVO Pro will also debut panels that tilt both ways for the very first time in Lagree Fitness history.
