Elevating the Micro Pro creates a more traditional studio presentation and makes entry and exit more familiar for clients accustomed to elevated fitness equipment. There is an important trade-off: elevation creates a different experience, but you lose some of the floor integration that makes the Micro Pro so versatile. That is why I generally view the Micro Pro flat on the ground as the more versatile training configuration.

One of the defining innovations of the Micro Pro is its lifting panel system. Rather than thinking of the machine as one flat surface, the Micro Pro allows different sections to change angle. Changing the angle changes:

Tempo Lights
Tempo Lights visually guide the speed of the movement, helping users understand what slow and controlled actually means. Tempo Lights are being introduced first on the Mega Pro and EVO Pro, with the Micro and Mini families following later.
Range of Motions Lights
The Tempo Light system also contains the future Range of Motion Light functionality. You will not need to purchase a separate set of lights for Range of Motion. Once the wireless remote system becomes available, it will activate ROM functionality along with additional Tempo features.
