As the Lagree Method continues to evolve, so does our innovation in equipment, most notably with the Megaformer Pro and EVO Pro. To create greater consistency across all Lagree Fitness machines, we are aligning the spring colors and resistance of the Mega Pro and EVO Pro with those of the Micro and Mini. This unification streamlines instruction and enhances the flow of larger classes, delivering a more intense, elevated experience for all Lagree studio clients.
Elevating Consistency: The New Lagree Spring Color-Coding Standard
Prior to this change, the Mega Pro and EVO Pro utilized a separate color-coding system from the Micro and Mini. As the Lagree Method continues to expand worldwide and studios scale to accommodate larger class sizes, consistency has become paramount. By unifying our machine standards, we ensure that both the method and Lagree machines deliver a seamless experience across every studio—setting a global benchmark for the Lagree Fitness method and brand.
With this advancement, the Lagree spring system now embodies the following refined, universal color standard:
White = Super Light
Black = Light
Gray = Heavy (Medium-Heavy)
Red = Heaviest
More Lighter Springs, Fewer Heavy Springs: Optimizes Time Under Tension & Effective Form
The new spring configuration, which includes more light springs and less heavy springs, transitions the Lagree Method toward Lagree 3.0, the most anti-inflammatory iteration of the method. This adjustment dramatically enhances Time Under Tension and reinforces Effective Form, the first key of Lagree Fitness’ Magic Keys.
The philosophy behind this shift is simple yet powerful: rather than increasing resistance, the duration of each exercise will increase. While the weight may be lighter, clients will experience greater intensity, as sustained time in each movement demands meticulous form and alignment. This approach minimizes impact on joints and connective tissues, promoting safer, more sustainable results.
SPRING
OPTIMIZATION
Example: During the Skating exercise, a two-minute performance may require one heavy and one light spring. But extending Skating to five or six minutes with the same resistance could strain the hips and lower back. With the updated spring configuration, instructors can now recommend multiple light springs without heavy resistance, allowing clients to train longer, maintain precision, and reduce inflammation, maximizing the benefits of Lagree 3.0.
MEGA PRO SPRING CONFIGURATION UPDATE
OLD SPRING ARRANGEMENT
The former Mega Pro spring configuration was as follows:
1 Gray spring = Super Light
4 White springs = Light
3 Black springs = Heavy
NEW SPRING ARRANGEMENT
The new Mega Pro, offers the following spring configuration:
1 White spring = Super Light (same resistance, only color change)
5 Black springs = Light (color change + 1 extra spring)
2 Gray springs = Heavy (color change only)
EVO Pro Spring & Technology Update
The EVO Pro will feature the same super-fast spring change system people love on the EVO and will utilize the same spring configuration as the new Mega Pro:
1 Super Light (White)
5 Light (Black)
2 Heavy (Gray)

Transitioning Your Studio to the New Lagree Spring Configuration
If your studio already has Mega Pros and new Mega Pros are being added, you may notice the spring configurations do not match. To keep your equipment consistent, consider the following two options:
• Update your existing machines to the new spring configuration
• Adjust your new machines to match your current setup.
Lagree Fitness will continue offering both spring options, so you can choose what works best for your studio.
Our Recommendation: Upgrade all machines to the new spring configurations. This will provide a simpler, more intuitive, and consistent class every time.
