Evolution isn’t just part of the Lagree identity — it is the identity. It’s what sets The Lagree Method apart from any other workout. As the Lagree Method advances, our machines and technology evolve right alongside it.
Current List of Tech by Lagree Fitness
Today’s lineup of Lagree electronics is redefining what’s possible in low-impact, high-intensity training, and this is only the beginning of the tech Lagree Fitness will bring to the fitness industry.
The 4 Stages of Electronics
Dumb Electronics
All current fully-patented Lagree Fitness tech lives in this stage. These systems elevate the traditional Lagree Fitness experience without yet collecting or interpreting user data.
Smart Electronics
The next evolution will integrate machine-based sensors that assess a user’s movement patterns and signal when to slow down, speed up, or adjust based on real-time ability.
Intuitive Electronics
This stage of Lagree Tech leverages performance metrics to automatically progress movement speed or spring tension. The result is a more challenging, more personalized workout, even in large group settings.
AI Electronics
The future of Lagree tech will dynamically adapt throughout the workout with the use of AI. Each user receives the intensity they need at every moment, accelerating results with precise progression in order to maximize each movement and second of every workout.
A METHOD THAT PROGRESSES WITH PROGRESSIVE OVERLOADOur Lagree Fitness technology evolves for one purpose: to intensify results for the user, the instructor, and the studio.
The Student
As Lagree tech becomes more adaptive and responsive, students experience faster physical changes. Each advancement is our tech is intended to enhance progressive overload, the foundation of building strength, endurance, and visible results. Lagree Tech ensures the Lagree Method continues to challenge every person, every session.
The Lagree Instructor
Smarter Lagree Fitness tech means more precise coaching in each class. Instructors can correct form, alignment, and tempo without needing to individually cue each student. This allows one instructor to safely teach more people while maintaining the method’s integrity.
The Lagree Studio
Greater evolutions in our technology means larger class sizes (Enter Big Dick Lagree Studios) which increases revenue per class taught since more users be properly trained in each Lagree class while also maintaining proper form, alignment, and speed for each user.
Lagree 2.0 and Lagree 3.0: The Evolution of the Method
Lagree 2.0 and Lagree 3.0 mark the next evolution of the Lagree Method, using electronics to create measurable and provable progression. Lagree 2.0 requires the Tempo Player and incorporates Lightning Spring Change to accelerate transitions, maintain intensity, and ensure users stay in the optimal time-under-tension zone. Lagree 3.0 pushes this further with the Range of Motion (ROM) Player, which guides students into deeper, more precise ranges of motion to maximize muscular activation. These technologies work together to evolve the method, reinforce progressive overload, and deliver faster, safer results all while placing a greater emphasis on protecting the joints and connective tissues.
Why Panels Matter in Lagree 3.0
Although the tilting panels on EVO Pro are not electronic technology, they are essential to the evolution of Lagree 3.0. These redesigned panels reduce inflammation on the joints and connective tissue by allowing the body to move with greater precision, smoother transitions, and more responsive muscle engagement. Their dual-direction tilt, new and currently exclusive to the EVO Pro, enhances body alignment and control, providing users with the ability to train intensely while minimizing mechanical stress on the body. In Lagree 3.0, tech and non-tech features work together to create the safest, most effective progression of the Lagree Method.
