Andrea found Lagree Fitness just after law school, and the amazing physical transformation (~50 pounds and a hell of a before-and-after picture) inspired her to leave the law and go into fitness full-time. She's taught thousands of classes and students, helped open studios all over the Bay Area, and is honored to serve as one of Sebastien Lagree's personally appointed Master Teacher Trainers, as well as a Master Instructor for CycleBar. She is a breast cancer survivor and a passionate advocate for Lagree and the art of teaching and creating a standout class experience; trainers of all levels have found working with her to be non-intimidating and inspiring. She offers a wealth and diversity of knowledge, delivered with her signature and singular style and humor!
