Desiree has always loved being active. She started playing sports and dancing as a small child, continued playing sports and cheering through high school, went on to study Kinesiology at SDSU, earned her teaching credentials and became an elementary PE teacher shortly after. So, you can say that health and wellness have always been her passion.

She fell in love with the Lagree method in 2008 while studying at SDSU. She quickly got certified in 2009 and became an instructor. She knew that one day she would open up a studio of her own. With the help of her husband, Lagree + Versa Fit, located in Oceanside, California, came to life in April 2018. She is at the studio daily! Teaching classes, taking classes, training instructors, even helping at the front desk. If you take one of Desiree's classes, you will instantly feel her enthusiasm for this method. Teaching Lagree lights her up! She loves spreading this passion to others that come to her studio. Almost all of her current instructors started out as members and she has trained them to teach this incredible method.

With over 14 years of experience with the Lagree method, a degree in Kinesiology, and a teaching credential, Desiree is honored to now be an official Master Trainer and spread the love for this incredible workout!
