Heather, a former elementary school teacher, found Lagree Fitness after having triplets in 2010. She was looking for a workout to get her back into shape and before long, Heather was obsessed with the Lagree Method! In 2015, she decided to get certified to teach, and in 2020 Heather was appointed as a Senior Master Trainer for Lagree Fitness. Certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness, she loves creating workouts that flow to allow for the maximum intensity and ultimate endurance challenge. In 2020, Heather pivoted to the new Lagree Micro workouts and became an online sensation with her virtual workouts which allowed her to form "Lagreeing at Home". She loves how the virtual platform has allowed her to connect to fitness enthusiasts around the world! Heather is passionate about Lagree in all aspects and in addition to being a Senior Master Trainer and operating LAH, she also is the director of community relations, social media and events for Lagree Fitness.
