While fitness has been an important part of my life from the age of 19 when I started weight training in college, I found a real passion for Lagree when I started taking classes in 2017. Soon, I discovered that I love encouraging and supporting others as they find their love of fitness through Lagree. This motivated me to make the jump from Lagree enthusiast to Lagree instructor. Watching my clients find their strength and confidence inspired me to broaden my qualifications and expertise through certifications in multiple advanced Lagree courses as well as anatomy and sports nutrition. As my passion for Lagree grew, so did my desire to mentor others who wanted to teach the Lagree Method. I love being able to facilitate a community that makes everyone feel included and teaches clients and instructors that fitness is about more than just physical strength.
