Lagree Fitness has hosted dozens of events across the US and we are now expanding internationally as the popularity increases. Lagree’s outdoor fitness events on our patented Microformer, are one of a kind opportunities to get a high-intensity, low impact workout accompanied by live music and high energy in some of the most iconic locations in the UAE! These events feature 30 minute workouts that run throughout the duration of the event and are ideal for all fitness levels.

Lagree Fitness creator, Sebastien Lagree, leads each class through a workout that will leave each attendee sweating, shaking, and sore the next day and then asking when the next event will be. Some events will also feature after parties as well to keep the fun and energy going all day or evening long.
