The Lagree Method: Why There’s No Other
Workout Like It.
THE LAGREE METHOD, UNLIKE PILATES, IS UNIQUE IN THAT IT IS THE ONLY WORKOUT TO EFFECTIVELY BALANCE HIGH-INTENSITY WITH LOW-IMPACT MOVEMENTS.
THE LAGREE FITNESS METHOD IS THE ONLY METHOD WHOSE EVOLUTION IS ENDLESS.
When Sebastien set out to create this exercise regimen, he had two goals in mind: 1. Create a workout that could deliver results faster than any other. 2. Ensure the workout can be performed by any person, regardless of age or fitness level, with minimal risk of injury to the body or joints.
This challenging workout causes its users to sweat, shake, and sweat some more, all with minimal impact to the joints. Students will feel soreness in muscles they didn’t know existed! The idea of a low-impact method came about when Sebastien realized the fitness industry’s lack of high-intensity/Low-impact workout options. Noticing that so many stop or minimize the amount they work out as they get older and joints become damaged, he sought out to make this a workout that could be practiced by all. He accomplished this mission in little time, but its evolution, as stated before, is endless (unlike with many other workouts).
By combining focuses on core, muscular strength, and Muscular endurance, The Lagree Method strengthens, tightens, and tones the muscles in as little as 25 minutes.
This unique method packs quite the punch because it incorporates a variety of bodybuilding techniques, such as Time Under Tension, which ensures the workout is taught without breaks. That means a 40-minute class is a true 40-minute class and users can expect to work out for the total duration of every class.
Although Lagree Fitness, both its method and the equipment, is often referred to as “Pilates on steroids” or other variations of Pilates, Lagree Fitness is far different and far more effective than Pilates. In fact, some Lagree movements incorporate the use of 600 muscles at once, making this method effective and time efficient.
THE LAGREE METHOD, HOWEVER, IS A PERFECT WORKOUT ON ITS OWN OR CAN BE COMBINED WITH OTHER FITNESS REGIMENS SUCH AS CROSSFIT, PILATES, AND YOGA.
