Betsy, wife and mother of two rambunctious little boys, found the Lagree method after having her second cesarian section in 2016. Later that same year she took her first class and has been in love with the Mega and the Lagree Method ever since! In 2017 she decided to become Lagree Certified and started teaching. After teaching for a few years and helping new and upcoming instructors at her current studios, she was asked to be the head trainer at Pilates Plus BR in Baton Rouge. She went on to become Level 2 and Level 3 certified to further her education in Lagree, and to help promote and educate individuals on the method that she is so passionate about.

Betsy has always had a love for movement and fitness. From basketball, to boxing, and prior to kids competing in the Bikini division of the National Physique Committee; fitness and health have always been important to her. Betsy also teaches Versa Climber and HIIT classes at her home base studios. She attended college at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with an undergrad in Political Science. She is currently working on obtaining her nutrition coaching certification through NASM. Aside from teaching, Betsy enjoys boxing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
