Cereza discovered Lagree Fitness in 2006. She never had a regular exercise program, nor did she have any kind sports background. Lagree was the first workout she ever really did! After just having her third child, she found herself without the energy and strength to keep up with her young family. Instantly, she felt stronger, healthier, and more confident. Lagree has been a major part of her life ever since!

Seeing the evolution of the method over the years allowed her to continue to grow both as an instructor and as a client. She has shared her passion by teaching thousands of classes herself and now owns 5 Lagree studios in the LA area, Motivate Studios.

As a Master Trainer, she’s thrilled to have the opportunity to help guide new instructors and continue to spread her love of this incredible method.
