Jami took her first Lagree class in 2008 in Brentwood, CA and it was love at first shake. She quickly got certified in 2009 and went on to own a studio for 8+ years. Since then, she’s taught more than 8,000 Lagree classes and collected yoga, nasm, pilates reformer & mat, and pre/postnatal certifications. After years of working with instructors before and after certification, she decided to take it to the next level and in January 2023 she became a Lagree Master Trainer. Jami is based in Orange,
