Aside from everything else that distinguishes us from Pilates is the fact that the Lagree Method is considered a “Live Method.” This means evolution isn’t just part of what we do, it’s all that we do. As such, Certified Lagree Fitness teachers are invited to study the method and join in on additional workshops to take their training and teaching abilities to the next level.

METHOD
ONE WEEKEND AND A LIFETIME OF REWARD
The Lagree Fitness Certification program takes place once a month at the Lagree Fitness headquarters. All attendees will be required to view all materials and videos, provided by Lagree Fitness, prior to the live training. This fast-paced weekend is heavy, but after two 12-hour shifts, you’ll be geared up to teach your very own Lagree Fitness classes.
