THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS
Becoming a Lagree licensee allows you to open and operate an official Lagree studio while retaining full ownership and control of your business. Because Lagree Fitness is not a franchise, you have the freedom to build your studio your way.

CREATE YOUR LAGREE ACADEMY ACCOUNT
Create your trainer account to begin the certification process.

STEP 2:
VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Once your account is created, you will receive a verification email. Please verify your email to continue the certification process.
STEP 3:
SIGN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After creating your account, you will receive the Lagree Academy Terms and Conditions. You must review and sign the Terms and Conditions before booking your training.
STEP 4:
COMPLETE PAYMENT AND ACTIVATE YORU ACCOUNT
Your Lagree Academy account will be activated once payment for your teacher training has been received. After activation, you will be able to book your Lagree certification training.
IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To maintain the integrity of the Lagree Method, the Lagree Academy enforces strict eligibility requirements, including the following:
Individuals working at copycat, knock-off, or counterfeit studios are not eligible to register for training
If an account is created and later determined to be affiliated with such a studio, the account will be blocked
Blocked accounts will be permanently restricted from all Lagree platforms
Accounts are only activated once payment for teacher training has been received

LEVEL 1: BASIC TRAINING LAGREE CERTIFICATION
By completing this certification, you will be certified to teach the Lagree Method. Modalities Available:
LEVEL 1 TEACHER TRAINING OPTIONS
We offer several options for completing the Level 1 Teacher Training. You may register for training in person at Lagree Fitness HQ, through a Lagree-certified Master Trainer, through a licensed Lagree studio, or choose to complete the training virtually.
Please note that training fees may vary depending on the provider and format, and therefore we are unable to list all pricing options here.
Level 1 Teacher Training can be delivered in various formats, ranging from two to six days or longer. While we appreciate the efficiency of shorter programs—such as weekend teacher trainings—we strongly recommend dedicating a minimum of 100 hours to learning the method to develop the necessary proficiency.
If you choose to book the in-person training at our HQ, we will provide additional details and scheduling information upon registration.

We are building the future of Lagree Certification through a more advanced and seamlessly integrated learning platform. With the launch of a new Lagree Portal, Lagree Academy and Lagree On Demand will be seamlessly connected behind the scenes, creating a unified education ecosystem designed to elevate Lagree instructor training worldwide.
This enhanced environment will deliver more in-depth education, expanded modules, and a more structured progression through the Lagree Method. The Lagree Academy will also serve as the official record of instructor education, tracking completed trainings, certifications, and ongoing development.
As the Lagree Method continues to grow, so will the depth of Lagree education. Future training will become more detail-oriented, with dedicated modules focused on specific Lagree movements, variations, and teaching techniques. This evolution allows Lagree to preserve the integrity of the Lagree Method while providing instructors with the most comprehensive and precise training.
