Lagree Fitness offers a certification program that allows participants to become Lagree
certified through teacher-training. This program provides each instructor the ability to teach
the patented method on Lagree equipment. During the intense, basic certification program,
students will learn the following:
● LAGREE TRAINING TECHNIQUES
● THE PRINCIPLES THAT DEFINE LAGREE
● THE MECHANICS OF THE MEGAFORMER
● THE VARIATIONS OF THE MEGAFORMER
● THE ART OF TEACHING THE SCIENCE OF LAGREE
Unlike Pilates, Lagree is considered a LIVE method. This means the method is continuously evolving and changing. For that reason, Lagree Fitness hosts a wide range of training content, which is updated regularly, on our website. We strongly recommend students take advantage of training as often as possible in order to refresh their skillsets.
Our basic training certification program is offered once a month at our headquarters located in
Burbank, California. Each basic training certification program takes places on a weekend. The
program is split into two days as follows:
SATURDAY: 12-HOUR TRAINING SESSION (8AM-8PM)
SUNDAY: 12-HOUR TRAINING SESSION (8AM-8PM)
Participants will be required to review all materials and videos prior attending the training.
In addition to the basic training, we offer many other types of training courses, including
specialty and advanced courses which focus on other facets of the Lagree Fitness Method. For
example, we offer advanced training on:
● EFFECTIVE SEQUENCING
● THE RAMP
● THE 25-MINUTE WORKOUT
● TEACHING LARGE GROUP OF CLASSES
More courses are being developed with the intention to share as much knowledge about the Lagree Fitness Method as possible.
