Katherine's passion for Lagree is no secret. As both a Lagree Master Trainer and the Founder & CEOof SculptHouse, her eight years of experience with the method as a customer, instructor and studio owner brings a holistic and knowledgeable approach to her teacher trainings.
Lagree licensee SculptHouse stands out in the industry by being the world’s first to combine the
Megaformer and treadmill, offering a signature cutting-edge workout in addition to the traditional Megaformer only classes. Each studio stands alongside a retail boutique with more than 75 athleisure and lifestyle brands from around the world.
As a lifelong athlete, experienced Lagree trainer and former Wilhelmina fitness model, Katherine
has always had a passion for empowering people to face the world confidently through fitness and fashion. Before starting SculptHouse, Katherine worked at some of New York City’s most prominent luxury fitness studios, has represented many global fashion brands– including Nike, Under Armour and Adidas – and has been featured in many fashion and fitness publications, such as Fitness,
Women’s Health, GQ, Men’s Health, Well+ Good andVogue USA. Katherine has appeared on the cover of SHAPE and was named a top trainer in 2014. A native of Charlotte, NC and graduate of the University of Georgia, Katherine returned to her southern roots to launch SculptHouse’s flagship location in Atlanta in 2016, making her one of the first to emerge on the boutique fitness scene in the Southeast. Fusing her diverse background in fitness, retail and marketing, Katherine sought to create a studio that focused on cultivating an atmosphere of growth, empowerment and self expression. Today SculptHouse’s mission remains the same: to give clients the tools they need to lead healthier, happier and more confident lives through fitness and fashion, and empower employees to be confident, independent thinkers that embrace their individuality and personal strengths. Katherine brings this same philosophy to her teacher trainings.
SculptHouse and Katherine have won a number of local and national awards including over ten “Best of” city awards, Atlanta Business Chronicle's Pacesetter Award ('21), UGA's Bulldog 100 ('20, 21) as well as a feature in “The Coolest New Studios in Boutique Fitness in America Right Now,” Well+Good.
